在全球生醫研究快速發展的時代，科研的突破往往來自於年輕學者勇於探索與跨國交流。本所長期致力於培育具備國際視野、創新能力與研究熱忱的年輕科學家，但優秀的學生常因經費限制，而錯失參與國際會議或投稿國際期刊的寶貴機會。為支持學生勇敢站上國際舞台，「微生物及免疫學研究所新銳學者培育獎學金」應運而生，期望透過校友、企業與社會善心人士的支持，成為年輕學者向世界發聲的堅實後盾。

支持潛力具備的年輕研究者:科研路上，經費往往是阻礙學生發展的重要因素。本獎學金希望成為他們追夢的第一把鑰匙。

促進國際交流，提升競爭力:出席國際會議不僅能讓學生接觸最新研究，更能讓世界看見台灣、看見本所的科研成果。

鼓勵優質學術發表:高品質的學術論文是科研的基石，本獎學金將獎勵學生將研究成果發表於國際期刊，提升研究能見度的表現。

建構良好科研傳承:每一位受惠學生，未來都有可能成為推動國家生醫發展的關鍵力量，善的循環將從這裡開始。

📌 用途規劃（專款專用）

募得款項將全數用於本所學生，包含：

國際會議出席補助（機票、住宿、註冊費）

• 每人每次上限三萬元
• 會議辦理於亞洲及大洋洲地區：補助新台幣一萬五千元。
• 會議辦理於歐美及非洲地區：補助新台幣三萬元。

學術論文發表獎助金

• 論文在期刊領域排名為Q1，第一作者或共同第一作者(須為本所之學生)獎勵最高二萬元。

所有經費均依校方規定執行，透明、明確、專款專用。

Fundraising Vision Statement

In an era of rapid global advancement in biomedical research, major scientific breakthroughs often arise from young scholars who dare to explore and engage in international collaboration. Our institute has long been committed to cultivating young scientists with global vision, innovative capability, and strong research enthusiasm. However, many outstanding students are constrained by limited funding, causing them to miss valuable opportunities to attend international conferences or publish in reputable scientific journals.

To support students in stepping onto the international stage with confidence, the “Emerging Scholar Development Scholarship of the Institute of Microbiology and Immunology” was established. Through the generosity of alumni, industry partners, and philanthropic supporters, we aim to build a strong foundation that empowers young researchers to share their work with the world.

📌 Purpose of Establishment

Supporting promising young researchers
Financial limitations often hinder students from advancing their academic journeys. This scholarship serves as the key that unlocks their potential.

Promoting international exchange and enhancing competitiveness
Participation in international conferences exposes students to cutting-edge research while showcasing Taiwan’s scientific strengths—along with our institute’s achievements—to the global community.

Encouraging high-quality academic publications
High-level scientific papers are the cornerstone of research progress. This scholarship incentivizes students to publish in reputable international journals and elevate the visibility of their work.

Fostering a strong research legacy
Each beneficiary of this support may one day become an influential force in advancing biomedical research in Taiwan. The cycle of academic generosity begins here.

📌 Allocation of Funds (Designated Use Only)

All donations will be used exclusively for the support of students in our institute, including:

International Conference Participation Grants

(Covering airfare, lodging, and registration fees)

• Up to NTD 30,000 per student per conference
  • Conferences in Asia and Oceania: NTD 15,000
  • Conferences in Europe, the Americas, and Africa: NTD 30,000

Academic Publication Awards

• For papers ranked in Q1 journals, first authors or co-first authors (must be students of our institute) may receive up to NTD 20,000.

All funding will be managed and executed strictly in accordance with university regulations—transparent, accountable, and designated solely for student support.
